We had a video consultation with the doctor, who listened to all of our concerns before going over each prescription in detail. He also sent us a clear diagnosis and instructions on how to care for the infant in this circumstance. We noticed an improvement within a day, and the infant quickly recovered

Great experience!!sir is outstanding. So knowledgeable yet so approachable..he listens to your queries carefully and answers each of them patiently how silly it might be! Consulted him for my 6 month old stomach issues and glad by luck Practo referred me to him as he is one of the few children gastroenterologists paediatrician in India!

We spoke to Dr Gaurav Agarwal over a video call and he patiently listened us and asked relevent questions to diagnose the issue and explained us what is happening with my son and followed by a detailed proscription. He explained my son that what he should avoid in food and avoid sleeping in air conditioner etc. I would highly recommend experienced doctors like him to others.

Doctor diagnosed and explained about the infection that my kid is having, he explained everything in very simple terms so that all of us can understand. He was giving attention to every problem we spoke and answered them with lot of patience. Overall a very good experience.

Doctor was patient enough to listen to the problem, it was a video call and we explained the problem and he recommended the medicine. Happy with the wait time, it was quick and saved a lot of our time as we avoided rushing to the hospital with our kid instead comfortably took the doctor's advice direct from our home.
